Installed my new boiler couple months ago. Promised 10 years guarantee and extra 2 years for extra ??40 so total 12 years. After couple of months after installation I called Bosch Worcester to check and surprise surprise the boiler wasn't even registered. Called Mr Phillip to find out what's going on. He was apologetic and promised to do that day but did nothing. It would take him 15 min on the app. After that never answered to my calls or messages. Registered the boiler myself but got only 8 years of the warranty because he used wrong filter and only the fitter can buy extra warranty. So paid 3k for the job and extra ??40 for his dinner probably. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Called Phillip as an emergency call out as cold water tank had split. Came quick and stopped any further damage occuring until he could come back. Quoted and fitted new water tank,building new support and renewing connections. The job was carried out in a timely manner and after job was completed cleared away all old waste and offered after care advice. Trusted and recommended for future work.

Excellent work, clean and tidy and offers good practical advice for those of us that don't have any knowledge of plumbing or boilers. Fitted a new bathroom suite and managed the whole project, we're very pleased with the result and would highly recommend.

Phil was great with us. Explained everything very clearly, was very accommodating, gave us lots of options for various different boilers we could have fitted. He worked cleanly, quickly and was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Really can???t say enough about Phil at the bearded plumbers. I needed a new boiler fitted as my previous one had seen its life out. The work was carried out on time, exactly as required and at a very reasonable cost and Phil couldn???t do enough to help. I would definitely use again.
