After having my previous boiler installed and serviced by B&K for 19 years I had no hesitation going back to them when it needed replacing, from getting the quote, to Lewis coming to install went smoothly he kept me informed during the whole process and any mess was cleared up immediately. I was very happy with everybody I dealt with at at B&K and highly recommend using them.

We have used B&K for the last 16 years for installation, boiler servicing, repairs, emergency call-outs, upgrades and always sound advice for what our needs have been during this time. This months' replacement of a worn out boiler system for a new Combi-set-up carried out at our specified dates and within a week of quotation, was professional throughout by their team of Engineers, who in our experience operate with a team leader overseeing all aspects of the job - well done Hamish, Dylan and the gang - who checked and checked again for our satisfaction. A big thank you also again to the office team; this is a family run business and their caring professional approach is always evident.

I was recommended to use B& K to replace my 30-year old boiler. Matthew did the survey - very thorough; and I received the quote the same day. Hamish turned up on the date scheduled. What an excellent job he has done. He was here for three days; and worked non-stop throughout. Over the three days, he was joined by other members of the company. Without fail, they were all polite and friendly; and treated my home with respect - No damage whatsoever; and everything left clean and tidy. The quality of the work has been excellent. Everything was completed on time; and on budget. I would happily recommend B & K Boiler Services; and look forward to continue doing business with them for future boiler servicing.

Our boiler which was over 34 years old and had been serviced by B&K died and needed replacing. The engineer was with us in the afternoon and told us needed replacing and Matthew was there to do a quote a couple of hours later. The work was booked in and Hamish and Jack arrived as promised and carried out the replacement of the boiler, hot water tank and all new pipework. One radiator broke and was replaced too. They were very professional, friendly and we were very happy with the quality of the work. Completed in 3 days as promised. Subsequently two more very old radiators needed replacing so they came back and renewed all the remaining radiators. Dylan was again very professional and efficient. Although possibly not the cheapest the quality of the work was second to none. Would happily recommend B&K and will continue to use them In the future

We had a failed immersion heater on our 43 year old copper tank, but, try as he might, Dylan could not shift it as it had been fitted and sealed long ago with Plumbers Mait sealant. I'm so glad that it wouldn't budge, as then I decided to go for a new stainless steel tank - what a beauty it is - great insulation so our house will be cooler in summer, and lower fuel costs. Ellis, and later on joined by Hamish, did a superb job replacing the cylinder, fitting and connecting in my tight airing cupboard. Ellis' pipework is a true work of art, his Yorkshire soldered joints some of the best I've ever seen, and the pipework has finely engineered curves that the late Antoni Gaudi, who designed the Sagrado Familia in Barcelona, would have admired. Pipework features were upgraded in line with the latest regulations, the whole work was meticulously checked by Hamish for smooth running and no leaks. Everything worked perfectly, first time, when tested. With this new cylinder, if the immersion heater ever fails it will be really easy to remove as the fitting only has to be little more than hand tight, and sealed with a special ring. It is a pleasure to be a Customer of B&K - their pride in the job & perfectionism is second to none.
