Brilliant service. There was an issue with my unvented cylinder with water flowing through the tundish. Very quickly the problem was identified and new parts ordered. The new parts were installed quickly and professionally. Already arranging for other plumbing and electrical issues to be sorted by Quadrant. Update : 11/07 Quandrant conducted my gas and electrical certification for building control. He throughly checked the sockets (including taking off the back plate), consumer unit and fuses across my house. And also the boiler installation as part of a recent renovation I had on my property. Took half a day but very pleased with the quality of work and service. Will be using again. Thanks Arbeed.

Very polite and courteous plumber who completed the job well in the end. Communication was good and he was professional throughout. The only downside was that the original issue wasn???t resolved straight away, which meant I was left without hot water for four days, and he arrived later than expected. That said, once everything was sorted, the work itself was done to a good standard.
