Service Plus was appointed by our insurer to repair our combi boiler. Danielle in the office was most efficient and helpful, keeping us informed at all times. She even chased up the insurer for us to finalise authorisation. Anthony the engineer was polite and friendly, answering any questions we asked in detail. He is a very experienced engineer, who replaced several worn out parts getting the boiler working again. A first class job, much appreciated. We definitely recommend this company.

Service Plus Home Care are an absolute gem of a company. The engineers???Dave, Ali and Simon???returned several times to resolve an intermittent boiler fault, supported by Mat in the office. Throughout, they were professional, persistent and courteous, taking the time to clearly explain each step. It???s rare to find a team so genuinely committed to seeing a problem through to a proper resolution. We highly recommend them and wouldn???t hesitate to use them again. Thank you to the Service Plus Home Care team for a job well done and for getting our home warm again.

I was just having a regular gas Boiker service done, nothing exciting, but Connor was great, personable, tidy, and clear at explaining what he was doing (and things to watch out for). A straight forward job done well. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful on the phones and the engineer was incredibly professional. Would recommend using their services. Thanks to all the team

So impressed with the team especially Simon and Matt great service, as described and very reliable. I had my boiler replaced and was a fairly complicated job, they exceeded expectations and would definitely be coming back for my boiler service. The team provided great service and very reasonable pricing, thanks again!
