Excellent service from OnTrack. Reliable, and very professional. Only negative was the fact that I wasn't given a time slot with the booking, so had to ring them to find out when the engineer was coming. Other than that, 10/10.

Dave and his team provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them. They provided detailed (and non-pushy) advice about how to upgrade our existing heating system. They also had a 'can do' attitude when we wanted to reroute some pipes etc and came up with good solutions to issues we found along the way. The team were also very respectful of our house during the job and were happy to work around us. A really professional and pleasant firm to deal with. Highly recommend.

Ontrack Heating installed our new boiler, some new radiators and pipework. Grant, Fin and Alex were professional and skilled and we couldn???t be happier. I don???t think you will beat the prices quoted, whilst still getting an efficient and quality job. They have also been on hand after installation to answer questions! Thank you.

We called at 10:45 (23/2/26) and explained to Jo that we had a problem with the heating/hotwater diverter and that we had been let down by our regular engineer who we called in December ???25 ! Jo arranged for Grant to come out this afternoon who promptly checked to make sure this was the issue. He then replaced it and checked it was working correctly . Grant was really friendly and knowledgeable and called before to let us know what time he was arriving. I have now passed the company details onto a friend. WOW what great service ! Thank you
