I had a problem with my built-in toilet which frequently would not stop flushing until I had taken the panel off to try and fix it. Scotty, from Upsher, worked very hard and on it, which was awkward to access and had non-standard parts, difficult to source. I am very happy that it is now working perfectly. Scotty was very pleasant and polite too.

Boiler service today, the usual helpful and friendly attitude from Bryn. Good to see that my query on a water hammer I???d logged on their system had been remembered, with a promise to seek out further advice from other members of the Upsher team.

Upsher Heating & Cooling have installed my new boiler and have been servicing it annually. The company is really easy to deal with, with great communication and an excellent team. They are always punctual and arrive with a smile and a quick friendly chat. Scotty always does a great job and takes me through the details of the service and photos that have been taken. I would highly recommend the company.
