Would recommend avoiding this company if you are a local looking for small-to-medium jobs. I requested a quote for a small amount of work on a property I was looking to purchase. The surveyor spent less than 15 minutes at the property, said they could not do most of the job themselves and proceeded to send a quote for work that I did not ask for. I was then sent a bill for ??84 for less than 15 minutes work to say they couldn't help me

The worse service i have ever received from someone. Please don't ever get anything done from them. rubbish customer service and very arrogant person who don't know how to speak with people. tries to charge you for everything.

This Guys great. Came out within an hour of the issue occurring, diagnosed and explained what to do next. Lovely chap. Would definitely recommend!

An emergency callout for a failed central heating system pump replaced remarkably quickly and efficiently- had a new one on the van. Thorough testing afterwards to ensure no probs. Impressive!!

The engineer that came out was very polite and explained thoroughly what he needed to do and explained after what he had done to improve our boiler system. They arranged very quickly to come and have a look at the boiler too which was great. Would recommend highly.
