I highly recommend this company. Almost a year ago, their team handled a complex project for me, which included relocating my boiler from the bedroom to the loft and installing a new shower. Throughout the process, the team was incredibly professional and always available to answer my questions. They recently returned to perform the one-year service, and the quality of work remains consistently excellent. I am very satisfied with their service.

I called Sam as I had an issue with the bath taps not locking properly and causing some leakage from the bath filler. He was busy but still managed to come the day after to fix it. As he was there I mentioned another couple of jobs I needed to get done and he made some interesting suggestions about the different options on how to fix those issues. Sam is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing work! Exceptional service!!

Sam did an excellent job. Turned up on time and was able to find the issue immediately. Fixed very quickly and gave some advice on what we can do to avoid the problem again in the future. Great company and would absolutely recommend and use again.

I recently needed a kitchen sink tap replaced at very short notice, and Sam from SJW Plumbing & Heating Ltd came to the rescue. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, friendly, and highly professional. Sam completed the job quickly and efficiently, fitting the new tap perfectly in no time at all. His workmanship was excellent, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work. He also made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was finished, with no mess whatsoever. I am extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Sam and SJW Plumbing & Heating Ltd . Thank you again for a fantastic job! ????

Really pleased to have found Sam for my boiler service after having been let down by another 'recommended' plumber. Super service on the boiler, spot on with the admin and certificate for the work, clean and tidy all the way through, and all at a really competitive price. Really comes across as professional with his backup office for contact and paperwork; just the kind of thing that would put me on edge if not done right. Plus, what a character Sam is too! Very amusing way to spend an hour in the company of a tradesman :-) No hesitation in recommending SJW
