Had an issue with running water out of my toilet system, Simon quickly assessed it and ordered the relevant parts keeping me informed throughout. 100% recommend

Very efficient and professional service. I had quite a long job list and Simon showed up with all the spare parts needed for the day and carried out the work. Quote was competitive too! Enjoyed some interesting conversations with Simon!

Thank you so much for your quick response and for the work you did today! I called this morning as we had no hot water due to our very old boiler, and Simon promptly arranged to come to my home in the afternoon. He fixed the problem within a few hours and was incredibly honest and knowledgeable throughout. Really appreciate the excellent service???thank you again!

Simon fitted a new pump for the water system - and despite the pump and electrics presenting Simon with plenty of challenges he spent a lot of time working it out and ultimately fixing it and getting the job done, both very throughly and with it taking a long time in to his evening . Definitely recommend Simon - 10/10!

Simon offered excellent service from my first contact to completion. He quoted for four plumbing jobs. Replacing 3 taps and removing a water softener no longer used. Two jobs proved to be straightforward but two were more difficult to complete than I or Simon anticipated, because of the way the builder had installed things. I was impressed that he was determined to complete all of the jobs before he left even though it took much longer than he probably expected he honoured his original quotation. He arrived at the time agreed and took great care of our property and left things in a clean and tidy state. We would certainly use Simon again and have no hesitation in recommending him.
