Really pleased with the work from Niall. He came out to sort a leak from our shower, fitted a new trap and replaced the missing grout around the tiles. He explained everything as he went and even showed us that the opening in the shower tray where the trap fits was warped, which nobody had pointed out during previous leak investigations. He left everything clean and tidy, and after a week of normal use we've had no leaks at all. I'd happily recommend him.

I recently had Niall carry out some plumbing work, and I honestly couldn???t be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and clearly takes real pride in what he does. He arrived on time, explained everything in a clear and friendly way, and completed the job to a very high standard. The work was neat, efficient, and done with great care, which really gave me peace of mind. It???s so refreshing to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable and trustworthy, but also genuinely pleasant to deal with. Niall made the whole experience completely stress-free, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and excellent workmanship. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Niall to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. Thanks again, Niall, for a fantastic job and such great service!

Needed my boiler serviced. Niall was excellent. he was happy to answer all of my questions and even gave helpful advice on other household issues that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. 5/5 stars!

Niall came out same day to resolve a leaking pipe behind a kitchen cabinet. He was great throughout, keeping me informed, collecting evidence for insurance and being thoughtful and careful about achieving access. Will definitely be using him again.
