Without any doubt the best. Sultan installed and commissioned a new combi boiler just 24hrs after my initial contact. Price quoted was excellent and the workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. A few extra little things needed doing and were carried out within the quoted price. I have had a lot of experience with installers and service engineers over several years and can say wholeheartedly that I wish I had known about SM Plumbing & Heating sooner. 100% recommend to anybody that needs any plumbing or heating requirements.

Sultan was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. He carried out the job of increasing the water pressure to my garden tap efficiently and to a high standard. He was respectful throughout, kept everything clean and tidy, and completed the work with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Sultan to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing

Sultan spent two days replacing the boiler and replumbing the radiators. His approach was highly professional throughout, always keeping the work area and equipment tidy and organised. The quality of the replacement work was exceptional, completed to the highest standard and fully compliant. He was also extremely reliable, punctual and communicated clearly at every stage of the job. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and transparent with no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend SM Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for honest, skilled and dependable workmanship.

Really impressed with the service from SM Plumbing & Heating. He came out quickly to diagnose an issue with our hot water cylinder, explained exactly what was going on, and then returned the very next day right on time to carry out the repair. The work was done efficiently and everything was sorted without any fuss. In a world where reliability can sometimes be a bit hit-and-miss, it was genuinely refreshing to deal with someone who turned up when they said they would and got the job done properly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
