I cannot recommend Scott highly enough ??? a genuine five-star service without a doubt. As a landlord with a busy property portfolio, Scott manages all of my plumbing work, repairs, and Gas Safe certificates. He always provides honest, straightforward advice on whether it???s more sensible to repair or replace a boiler, which has saved me both time and money over the years. I???ve used many plumbers in the past, but I???ve trusted Scott with all of my plumbing and gas work for the last 10 years, and I wouldn???t go anywhere else. He???s reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and always delivers excellent workmanship. If you???re looking for someone you can genuinely rely on, I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Scott.

Ignore check a trade and go with recommendations. I'll try to keep this brief. Checked check a trade for a chimney sweep to get contacted from someone who subsequently did ??1k damage to the roof. Check a trade response was pretty much anyone can register with them and even though the sweep who got in touched wasnt licensed, he was still on there website. So when our hot water failed, I was keen to avoid the drama again and put a post on the local Facebook group for recommendations of plumbers. Scott sent his team out on his way home and looked into the immersion leak for me, identifying a crack in the tank but not happy to leave our family with no water, he stayed late and capped off the tank so we still had cold and toilets. Next day I received a fair quote and 3 days later in 34 degree plus heat, the tank and element was replaced with the only delay being the tank. Good communication throughout and restores faith that there are very good tradesman out there. My advice is to research your tradesman, dont just rely on check trade. Highly recommend Scott and the team not just because of the work, but also the detail in the install, look at this pipework ????

Honest assessment of problems and recommendations. These guys can be trusted to give you a fair price for what is needed without trying to pressure you for unnecessary parts and labour. I will call upon this company to carry out All my future plumbing requirements.

Great plumbing company and team. We have used Southern for a number of years and have always been very happy with their service. We recently needed to replace our 20year old boiler, and were very impressed by both the work done and their overall customer service. Scott is great to deal with, communicating clearly options available without pressuring 'to sell'. Scott's team have all been fantastic at their jobs, professional, tidy and friendly. I recently had a new boiler fitted by Southern Plumbing and Heating and I???m extremely pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish everything was handled professionally. The engineer arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation to a very high standard. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and took the time to show me how to use the new system. The work area was left clean and tidy. The heating and hot water are now running much better than before. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Southern Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
