Contacted Shawn about my boiler, he politely explained he was with a customer and took my contact numbers saying he would ring back later, he rang me back within half an hour. We arranged a day and time for him to visit, he was prompt and smartly dressed, having checked my very old boiler and established the problem he was able to locate the necessary parts, which needed ordering, he returned later the next day, when he had finished at another job so that I wasn't long without hot water, and carried out the repairs. His rates were very reasonable and he seemed genuinely concerned that I be inconvenienced for as short a time as possible.
