I phoned EES Electric today because I was having trouble with my fuse box. One of the switches wouldn’t stay up, and as a result the lights in my kitchen and bathroom wouldn’t turn on. I tried everything I could think of, including the usual tricks, but nothing worked. Although the electrician wasn’t able to come out that day, he was absolutely brilliant over the phone. He took his time, talked me through everything step by step, and helped me figure out exactly what was causing the switch to trip and why it wouldn’t reset. After following his guidance and checking a few things, we found the source of the problem and I was able to get my electrics back on. I’m extremely grateful for the help, especially as it saved me a costly call-out charge. The service was honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’m very pleased and happy with the experience and will definitely be using EES Electric again in the future.

Very reliable (which is rare these days) Did a host of jobs from switching out light switches, fitting an outdoor plug socket, new porch lights and an extractor fan. Very polite, tidy and professional. All jobs done to a great standard. Would highly recommend 👌

My wife and I recently had a fantastic experience with EES Electrical and wanted to share our thoughts. From the moment we requested a quote, the service was top-notch. Lee arrived the very next day to inspect our electrical cupboard. He was punctual, polite, and extremely informative, taking the time to understand our needs and making detailed notes. Two days later, Sam and Rob arrived right on schedule. They were professional and efficient, completing the work promptly and to a high standard. What impressed us the most was their attention to detail; they ensured everything was done perfectly and even cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area spotless. Overall, the team at EES Electrical exceeded our expectations with their excellent service and professionalism. We highly recommend them for any electrical needs!
