I found Peter from PCC Electrical Services on Google and honestly, words cannot express how professional and reassuring he was from the moment he arrived. I recently had an electrical fault and, unfortunately, the first person I called made the problem even worse, which was really stressful. Peter quickly diagnosed the issue and got my electricity back on safely and efficiently. What really stood out to me was that, without me even asking, he also noticed and fixed my boiler socket, which could have caused problems later on. On top of that, I mentioned an issue with my kitchen tube lighting, and he sorted that out in no time as well. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, and takes real pride in his work. He explained everything in a way I could understand, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He’s also very tidy and respectful of your home — he left everything clean and exactly how he found it. It’s honestly hard to find trustworthy, reliable tradespeople these days, but Peter is exactly that — humble, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he truly cares about doing a proper job rather than just a quick fix. Anyone looking for a dependable, qualified and skilled electrician, I would highly recommend Peter and PCC Electrical Services without hesitation. Thank you again, Peter — I really appreciate your help!

We recently had Peter from PCC Electrical install a new fuse box and carry out our EICR, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From the outset, Peter was professional, knowledgeable and very clear in explaining what needed to be done and why. The consumer unit installation was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, and he took the time to ensure everything was safe, compliant and properly labelled. The EICR report was thorough and delivered promptly, with everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. Peter was punctual, tidy and respectful of our home throughout. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter and PCC Electrical and will definitely use him again in the future! Thanks so much! Prash and Reshmi
