Top Roofers Fantastic job!! Excellent from first contact to finishing the job. Leak in the roof was fixed the next day from contact. Arrived on time and straight in to get the job done. Extremely hard working. They were a really pleasant, respectful and friendly bunch of lads. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again.

Matt did some work for my mother’s house. The roof needed a lot of work doing to it. I was told that he would come out multiple times and failed to show up. Then came out Monday with no word. Asked him for a price breakdown and was told he doesn’t do price breakdowns and got really condescending rude and obnoxious when I asked for an invoice and price.

Responded to my call quickly, believe has diagnosed problem and fixed it. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and use again if required. Thank you

Matthew has just carried out a job for my elderly parents. I live 3 hours away and he has been excellent with communication. Sending photos and videos of the work, and has proved to be very kind, helpful, and trustworthy. I felt very reassured and my Dad is very happy with the completed work.

We cannot recommend Giles Brothers highly enough. We called them after discovering some staining on an inside wall and suspected the problem to be a chimney. Matthew came out to have a look the same day we called and repaired a cracked chimney less than a week later. Mathew also identified that the fascia boards and guttering were missing some vital components, he offered to rectify this the same day and completed all of the work after we agreed a price which included NHS discount. The work they have done is of high standard and all of the team were both friendly and professional. The areas they worked in were cleaned up after and no mess left behind , they even cleaned our 2 skylights whilst up on the roof at no extra cost 😀 Thank you to Matthew and his team , we will definitely use them again and have no qualms in recommending Giles Brothers
