A Good Team and hard working bunch of guys, Company managed by Andy who was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole process in having a new roof. The guys turned up on time and completed the works in the set timeframe, all rubbish was cleaned up and taken away. I have no hesitation in recommending Ak Roofing and Property Services should I need any further works also. The new roof looks really nice and a signicant upgrade and improvement. Thank you. Alex. Another great job! The team at AK Roofing are very professional. They worked well, and had the new roof and repairs sorted within a day. It’s the 3rd time with have used Andy and have recommend him to friends too.

Well done to the professional team at AK Roofing and Property Maintenance. They have just completed my new garage roof and did a great job. All work done to a high standard and all rubbish removed. The team where on time and very efficient Great job Andy and team

Very impressed with the quality of the work carried out (a brand-new flat roof covering 1000sq ft). The team were professional, friendly and worked extremely hard during the 10 days they were here. The owner paid great attention to detail and provided information and updates throughout. The estimate/invoice contained a comprehensive list of the work undertaken and stated clearly the length of the guarantees. Far from being simply 'a new roof', I consider this a sound investment and would recommend the company to anyone requiring this type of work.

Professional and timely service to replace the roof on a property we own in Torquay. Being 180 miles away we needed a reliable firm to make good a leak in a commercial property and replace the roof for a long term solution. After a call and quote with photos, I felt confident the work would be carried out to a professional standard. From the photographs and feedback from tenant i'm pleased we chose A K Roofing.
