10 out of 10 for efficiency, customer service, and work completed! Jack from J&M Roofing Southwest visited my Mum's property in Dawlish, Devon within 24 hours of me asking for a quote. I received a professionally written quote soon after, with a breakdown of works required. The work at my Mum's cottage was chimney repairs, guttering, downpipes and trying to find leaks which we knew where causing damp issues. Thank goodness Jack has his own scaffold and tower which reduced the costs significantly for us. Jack and his crew commenced work within days after we instructed them. The job was completed within 4 days. So efficient! I highly recommend. Very happy with the service and quality of their work. Thank you Jack and team!

I found J & M via a Google search to carry out gutter repairs, some new guttering and fascias for our house near Teignmouth. On the basis of their excellent reviews I phoned them up and Jack visited the same day to assess the work. After agreeing the scope and cost they were back the next day to carry out the work. Everything was explained by Jack, who seemed very knowledgeable and the work was completed in a professional manner to an excellent standard.

I would highly recommend Jack and his firm - we found quotes and assessments to vary wildly and it was difficult to know who whom to go with, but Jack was refreshingly straightforward, pragmatic and friendly. Even when we experienced some post completion issues, Jack came out quickly to resolve.

Very pleased with being able to get a prompt repair to my leaking flat roof. Good communications with a clear quotation followed by a contract signed prior to starting work, ensuring that the specified work would be covered by guarantee on completion. Unexpected additional work was discussed & undertaken to replace shoddy work performed by prior building contractor. J&M’s work was to a good standard with the area left clean & tidy on completion.
