I’ve just had my living room windows replaced by Heritage and I’m incredibly happy with how they look. The team who came in and installed them were great and the quality of the windows are just as they were promised! Would highly recommend!

We recently had work done on our conservatory roof which was leaking. Simon who came to visit, he was very honest, clear and concise and he explained in detail exactly what needed to done and what the cost would be. Once we agreed to the work being done, everything went seamless from being contacted by the company owner who gave assurance and timeframes when the work would be carried out. All in all this has been a great experience! Thank you to everyone at Heritage.

Just had Heritage fit my new porch. Highly recommend this company to all that are interested in having work done on their home. I hired them on the strength of the man who cold called, who was not pushy and was very friendly and approachable. The salesman who followed up was again informative and not pushy, and knew what he was talking about. Excellent service. Good communication with a team that worked quickly to get the job done and left little to be cleaned up after them. Very pleased with the final result.

Had a roof refurb & new soffits, fascias and guttering. The work all looks fine but despite being reassured all mess would be cleaned up, flat roof would be swept clean and all plastics etc wiped. This didn't happen. Old Guttering left on garage roof, tiles left around on scaffold, general mess left everywhere. Even after making calls, I was promised someone would be coming to tidy up. I ended up doing it myself. For this reason I'd be reluctant to recommend them in the future.

Conservatory roof replacement with flat roof and lantern. Well I can honestly say I am over the moon with the job done by Darren and Cliff who worked tirelessly even through some adverse weather conditions. The whole experience with Heritage Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. Simon, the sales guy provided my quote and went out of his way to ensure everything I asked was answered promptly including arranging for some photos from a similar recent job to help me make up my mind. There was no pressure whatsoever and the price was competitive. I would strongly recommend this company if you are considering a similar job, you will not be disappointed.
