J.S. Hannam Ltd did an absolutely amazing job of our parents’ roof. We are all over the moon, and they were a fantastic team who completed the job. Mum said they were all lovely, and she really missed them when the job was complete. There was also a slight delay in payment whilst awaiting the arrival of a new chequebook, and the company were so understanding and kind at a time where there is a lot of change for our family. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

Joe was brilliant right from the beginning. He came to the house to offer advice on the roof and explained everything we needed to know in detail. He provided quotes very quickly and was able to do the work and get everything organised in a short timeframe. Joe had a great eye for detail and ended up having to problem solve on the job, which really impressed us. He kept us fully informed throughout and went above and beyond. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

Joe & his team have been brilliant undertaking a difficult roof repair whilst being sensitive & respectful to us as a family. All the workmen were professional, explained the work as they progressed & Joe kept me informed of any increased costs & why. The work was completed within estimated timescale even though other challenges presented as happens with older properties! Rebecca (admin) & Joe between them responded promptly to my phone calls & emails. I sincerely thank them for their hard work & would recommend Joe Hannam to other people seeking roof repairs/works.

With a minor leak appearing in our roof shortly after accepting an offer on our house (nice timing!), we needed someone who could diagnose the problem quickly and accurately, quote reasonably, and get the work done promptly. JS Hannam did all of these things. Both their office and on-site teams are great: responsive, trustworthy, considerate and skilled. I recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. My roof and chimney needed much more work than was initially apparent (a whole new chimney) but it was all done as promptly as possible, sometimes in the pouring rain, and to a very high standard. Joe was great at explaining what needed doing and I had frequent updates from the team. Trustworthy and great value - can’t recommend highly enough.
