Unfortunately my experience with Mark it is not very good. Last year Mark and his team worked at our lean to roof that now it is leaking and we have water penetresion in the room,we are desperate because the water it is leaking everytime when it is raining. I tried to contact Mark to come and have a look at the roof again but no answer from him. Be very careful on hiring his services, because if you will have a problem, he doesn't want to reply even if you have a guarantee and receipt for the work.

Mark came out to fix a leak in our conservatory. He promised to come back out if it wasn't fixed. It wasn't fixed and we have been asking him to come out again for months. Have finally given up hope that he will come back out. I would not recommend Somerset roofing. We will be looking for someone else.

Hi I have found Markus very easy to work with and most importantly he has been reliable- turning up when he said he would, keeping me informed of what was happening, sending photos so I could see the before and after. He seems to have done a good job in replacing the felting and quite a few of the beams as they were in a poor state. I now have a watertight roof and I have a twenty year guarantee which is very reassuring. They left everything in a tidy state and took away all the rubbish. I felt like I paid a fair price for the work he undertook and once we had agreed that I was going to use his company he got on with the work in a timely way. I have no hesitation in using him.

Highly recommended Somerset roofing and renovation. All services are very good and fast. I had roof leak in my house. Marcus was come to see and he give me quote and start work on same week.

Needed a short notice replacement of fascia boards in October before work commenced on rerendering our house. Mark responded quickly, popped over discussed the options and costs and agreed to do the work despite the tight timescale. The work was completed to a high standard, on time and within budget by a polite and hard working team who cleaned up all their debris and waste. Mark was in touch regularly to monitor progress and collected excess materials promptly. Highly recommended.
