My review is based on a quote. Andy came over and said there were broken tiles, which needed replacing but no other company said that to me and it turned out there were none that needed replacing. They seemed to be worried about full payment being made if they were to do the job. The price quoted was reasonable but detail was very brief and I was not convinced by them.

Andy and his team are very professional, offering a high standard of craftmanship and attention to detail at reasonable prices. They are punctual, polite, respectful and courteous in their dealings with their customers. I would recommend this company.

Had some repair work carried out when I'd bought house. Broken tiles and felt that had to be replaced. Extremely professional and efficient. Arrived on time every morning and was very polite and well mannered. Work carried out has been done to a high standard. Thanks to Andy and team

Used this company following storm damage, and Andy and his team were able to deal with it pretty quickly. It was 2 full days of work and many others must have been in a similar position. The work was spot on, they were clean and tidy and left everything as they should, definitely recommend and definitely use them again if needed

Excellent and Reliable. I can highly recommend Precision Roofing and Building Maintenance; they are probably the best tradesman we have ever had. They replaced our pitched felt roof completely; and rather than just sticking it on top of the old one, which many of the other roofers we got quotes from recommended, they took it right back and did a complete and thorough job. They were efficient, professional and approachable, and best of all, they came when they said they would. We were so pleased with the work we also got them to put in a couple of skylights and replace our extension roof as well. As a result of their excellent work our friends had their roof done and a nearby neighbour also came along and had a look, and they had their tiled roof replaced. So, as you can see, they are flexible and hardworking. If you want a job done properly, these are the people to contact.
