I had the pleasure of working with the team at Paul Charles Roofing. The service was professional and polite. Communication was prompt, clear, and honest throughout the project, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend them for their reliability, prices and quality of service.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Paul Charles fitted my double garage with a fibreglass roof in June of 2023. It then leaked, almost immediately and so they sent someone else round to patch it. Many many many many unawnsered calls and messages later its STILL LEAKING in 2025...! Awful! Do not use!

Did a job a few years ago that was still under the warranty as his work failed so poor workmanship. When I called he fobbed me off so badly. He never called me back. Said he had car problems and didn't know when it would be fixed. These car problems were over a week. I rang this guy 4 times and each time he fobbed me off.

Great advice and support around Gaz on new house purchase. Explained the quote which was very reasonable compared to two other quotes. Got booked in and did great job and glad to get sorted before winter start.

After Doris came along last week and left her calling card, we needed some repairs. My wife called these chaps and they managed to fit us in within a few days despite the work load. They were very helpful and friendly. Always courteous and keeping us informed, they got the job done quickly, tidily and with the minimum of fuss. Thanks to the team.
