Paul came out to have a look at a leak on my Guttering. He was on time and said the guttering was in perfect order he unclipped the union and reclipped it together to test the seal and removed some muck from the Guttering. Paul said it maybe the down pipe blocked which belongs to next door. Very refreshing to have an honest appraisal and not try to sell a job that does not need doing. If I do need any roofing work done in the future I would feel confident giving JCL the work. Thank you

John came and fixed a tile on my roof very quickly And gave me sound advice on other matters Very reliable and efficient

John and his team were brilliant from start to finish. When John came out to quote he was thorough and spent time talking through what was needed. We were happy with the conversations that had been had and also the quote that came through so we scheduled the work in with him. John was punctual, considerate, communicative, respectful, courteous and tidy. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond. The work was completed within the time frame given, John and his team also tidied up very thoroughly, cleaning up all waste and rubbish as well as sweeping around afterwards. They also swept around the neighbours garden where there had been some debris. We are very pleased with our new roof and we would highly recommend JCL Roofing.

I had a leak in my extension around a roof light, I called John and he came around the same day. Climbed on the roof removed the tiles around the sky light, he told me my roof was not the problem and not the cause of the leak. He advised I clean the channels around the sky light allowing the rain to run off, which I duly did. Not leaked since. No charge! I would unreservedly recommend John and JCL Roofing as honest tradesmen that will advise you honestly even if it means they make nothing from it. I would certainly have 💯 % confidence in engaging their services.

We had a problem with the roof valley due to storm damage and wear and tear. I spoke to John and he came out to see the job and sent us a quote that evening. We booked in for John to do the job and he was very prompt and polite. As the job was at my elderly Aunts house he was happy to liaise with me her Niece throughout the process. He turned up early on the day and he made a very neat job of the work and explained to me what he had done. I would recommend JCL roofing for any job you may have. He also mended the guttering joints and emptied a downpipe that was blocked and causing damp.
