I have had two sets of roof repairs carried out by DW over the last few months. The very heavy rainfall exposed some weaknesses that had built over time. Dave and his team provided detailed estimates and got on with the work in short order. I am very happy with the work, which is backed up with a 10 year guarantee. After the first part of the work, we had a small leak which was dealt with swiftly and successfully by DW, which was very re-assuring. Mick Merrick

David posted a card in out letterbox. I rang him and hevisited immediately. He did a preliminary assessment and said he would do a full assessment when the scaffolding gave him access. Scaffolding arrived the next day. Work began that day. Roofers werequiet, respectful and worked non stop. Fullee assessment revealed that extensive work was necessary and the roof needed to be replaced. David kept us up to speed with photos from wotk done each day. The work was completed in less than a week. David visited dsily to inspect. All in all a thoroughly positive experience.

Dave was friendly and professional and provided a prompt quotation which clearly explained what would be carried out and the cost. From accepting the quote, the scaffold was put up quickly and the work carried out the day after. A full appraisal of the roof was provided upon removing of the tiles required, and a revised quotation for additional work provided promptly, although additional works were not accepted at this time. I raised a few snagging issues which were promptly addressed, and resolved by Dave and Joe. Thanks Dave and the Team for carrying out the work required, promptly and efficiently.

Had These out to carry out ridge tile replacement and fix lifted tiles from the wind. After inspection they showed us we had no membrane and just an aging roof felt that you’d find on your shed. This was at least fitted in the 70’s DW showed me the photos and gave me a number of options. We decided to go with the expensive option of replacing the roof. DW didn’t pressure us and gave solid advice. Because of the weather and removed ridge tiles DW got 5 people innit the next day. And they also worked a bank holiday due to weather changes. The work men were helpful and kind. Really happy with the final result.

DW Roofing provided excellent service from day one. All aspects of the job were taken care of meaning I had no worries or concerns. I was kept informed of all timings and consulted when changes to the original job needed to be done. The team of roofers were very dedicated and left the area tidy each evening. Dave called in every day to talk me through what had been completed and what the next stage was. I felt fully updated and able to relax! We now have a new roof and no worries every time it rains. I would highly recommend DW Roofing to everyone
