Can't thank Charlie enough for carrying out a spray foam removal on a prospective property purchase. He was compassionate and generous with his experienced advice from start to finish. The work was carried out efficiently and without delay. Thanks to him, what could have been the end of the road for our move was remedied with ease and professionalism. No hesitation to express my recommendation. I'm incredibly grateful for the time Charlie took and the service provided.

Had my roofing done. The team were just great. Kept me updated every step of the way, wrapped up earlier than expected and left the place really tidy. Really pleased with how it all went!

I had a really positive experience with Charlie and the team. Showed up on time and worked hard. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work... didn’t cut any corners. If you need roofing or insulation work, these are the people to go to.

Steve, Charlie and the team at Roofing and Insulation services were fantastic. They gave honest advice and accurate quotes. They kept me updated with progress and involved in the decision making. The team worked hard to finish within expected timescales but did not rush the job as the attention to detail was exemplary. I'm very happy to recommend them and their work.

I just want to say a Huge THANK YOU to Charlie and his team for their incredible work on my Dad's roof. We were in the process of selling Dad's house, when we discovered issues with spray foam insultation in the loft, which turned out to be worse than we thought as it has been sprayed directly onto the roof tiles and rafters, and was impossible to remove without damaging the tiles. We desperately neeeded urgent help, and it was a week before Christmas, and I was about to go abroad. But luckily I found Charlie at Roofing and Insulation Services Ltd. Charlie stepped in and took all the pressure away from me, he even surveyed the roof on Xmas Eve, and promised to get the work done over the New Year period. I was abroad at the time, and Charlie was incredible at communicating with me - sending me photos of before/during and after the roof re-fit, and even sending me details of which tiles I would prefer. I was blown away by his kindness and thoughtfulness. And the neighbours even messaged me to say that the team who were fitting the roof were all really nice and considerate, and were doing a great job. Just what I needed to hear. Oh and I almost forgot the most important part - the cost was so reasonable, and Charlie did his best to keep everything within budget, as he discovered hidden issues when the tiles were removed. We were up against the clock, as we didn't want to lose the sale of the house, and Charlie pulled out all the stops to make this happen. Thank you Charlie and all the staff at Roofing and Insulation Services for truly 'being there' for me. I will be recommending you to as many people as I possibly can. You are awesome.
