Ableson Roofing Ltd was recommended by a neighbour and they replaced our roof. This was during a period of dreadful weather: rain almost every day and a gale as well. They competed the job and it looks great aand despite the frustration of the bad weather they were happy friendly and worked very efficiently. Their communication was excellent - we always knew when they would be with us and what they would be doing. Highly recommended company and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Gavin and his team re-slated our cottage, installing a vapour permeable membrane (previously it didn't have anything under the slates), new battens, lead flashing, some new insulation for sections of sloping ceiling and some reclaimed slates to replace some that were no longer good. Throughout, Gavin and the team worked quickly and to a very nice standard - the roof looks fantastic front and back. The building inspector commented on how nice the flashing looked. We are very happy with how it went and surprised at how quickly everything got done. Gavin knows his tradecraft and I can definitely recommend him. Thanks Gavin!

Thank you Gavin for coming out promptly last Saturday….. As usual Gavin is reliable, knowledgeable and knows all there is to know about roofing. He has reroofed our house in Sherborne , re -leaded the chimney stack and sorted out the conservatory roof which no one else could fix.!! Gavin is a time served tradesman and craftsman with tremendous knowledge of local roofing materials and can match and blend in new and reclaim beautifully and very importantly he is also a great guy. We recommend him unreservedly.
