Rang Craig Bridges roofing after I noticed I had a leak in my loft after a recent storm at the end of November, rang on the Saturday and Craig arrived promptly early on the Monday morning and soon found the problem which was due to the lead flashing around my chimney which was split and broken. He also found that there was a split tile which was replaced as well. Kept me informed about everything he was doing ,took photographs so that I could see what needed to be done. Everything was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and despite all the rain that has come down recently I still have a dry loft. So many thanks Craig for a job well done. Anne Toulson.

Craig completed an inspection and repair of roof battens/felt/tiles/leadwork in my flat in Sheffield after a previous roofer had not done the job properly causing water ingress. Craig was responsive, honest, and professional throughout. He took photos/videos of the previous work completed when diagnosing the problem and shared these with me as he gave his recommendations. These were invaluable as they showed clear justification for the work that was needed and also helped me in the dispute with the previous roofer. Craig and his team then completed the remedial works within a day and sent further photos/videos once the job was complete. This was very impressive as it had taken the previous roofer several failed attempts to identify the source of the leak. Craig is a very experienced roofer that you can trust and I won't hesitate to contact him again for any future roofing work.

Professional job from start to finish. We recently used Craig for a full valley replacement on our roof, and could not be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the final job, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Craig came to provide a quote straightaway. A PDF quote was emailed the next day with an itemised breakdown of everything involved and the costs. He was honest in his assessment, talking us through the options available and showing us photos of the damage to our roof as well as numerous examples of similar work he had done for other people. On the day of the work, the team arrived on time, worked tirelessly and efficiently throughout the job, and made sure to tidy everything up before they left. The finished roof looks great (photos taken throughout the work and provided at the end of the day by Craig), and the new valley was provided with a 10-year guarantee. Craig clearly takes immense pride in his work and went above and beyond, even completing extra work which wasn’t on the quote at no extra charge. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled roofing company, look no further than Craig Bridges Roofing. I highly recommend them and would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

I ignored a roofer who knocked on my door to tell me I had a problem with my roof which he could fix. Not because I didn't believe him - I already knew I had a problem. A problem that couldn't be fixed by repointing the ridge tiles. Having used Craig years earlier to do something which other roofers said couldn't be done I knew who I was going to use to fix the roof. When he looked at the roof from the inside Craig did offer me a short term solution. He also told me what I already knew - that solution wasn't a long term one. Craig's quote for the total re-roof was competitive. Before he and his team arrived Craig was very good at letting me know when the skip hire and the scaffolders would turn up. Craig and his team were very approachable during the re-roofing. They were efficient and professional in their work and cleared up after themselves. An added bonus was that they didn't need to come in to the bungalow at any point during the job. They must have been in the loft to remove the debris because when I went up there after they had finished it had all gone. As a result I didn't have to stay in while they were doing the job. Craig and his team delivered the new roof the way I knew they would - professionally, efficiently and with skill.

We would highly recommend Craig Bridges and his team following our full re-roof and Velux window installation. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable and fast! From the initial visit, where Craig spent time to inspect the roof, using a drone for a closer view and spending time to discuss the job, we felt confident that he would be thorough and knew what he was doing. We received a full quote soon after. Prior to the start of work, Craig was onsite to check materials were all delivered ready for the work to begin. The team did the full re-roof quickly and to a high standard completing a large roof in just 4 days even with heavy rain and for the price we had agreed up front.
