Great communication from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to very friendly. Had dry ridge installed, pleased with the results. Also had gutters cleared. They'd been unable to clear a rear gutter fully due to access issues because of a conservatory underneath, but came back at a later date when I was home so they could flush the gutter out with a hose and get it all cleared for me.

They were so helpful, efficient and great value. They explained the problem with the roof and recommended how it should be repaired. (not the expensive option). I will definitely use them again.

Anybody wanting to use a reliable roofing company in the Darlington area then I would highly recommend using Advantage Property Improvements. From first enquiry to having my roof replaced everything has been very professional. Very prompt when they said they would be calling. Also very impressed with how they clean up at the end of the day Neil D Darlington .

Chris and Jake were very helpful and professional. They were also very tidy and cleared up at regular intervals which was great to see. Would definitely recommend for fascia and roof work.

We had a very good experience with this company, they turned up on time, explained what the issue was and how they could resolve it. Once we agreed to it, they got it sorted within an hour. We needed 3 tiles replacing which were damaged from a storm. They even checked out the rest of the roof and gave us an update of its current state. excellent service
