Michael, his Dad and the team replaced my flat roof when it had a bad leak coming through. They advised on a couple of different solutions but gave their own recommendation which we went with and it looks great and very professional. Michael also came back out to check over the roof a few days later which I thought was amazing customer service. They’re also a really nice family. Would thoroughly recommend!

Professional, clean and tidy, very good pricing, you cant go wrong! Michael is outstanding and fixed my roof perfectly, he goes out of his way to tidy up anything that needs doing, he is a skilled man, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone

Michael and his team were excellent, arriving when expected and keeping to the agreed timetable, removing the old roof and replacing it with the new one quickly and professionally within a week. Very pleased with the new roof - it looks really good.

Fantastic service from Gilesgate Roofing & Property Maintenance. They were incredibly prompt in responding to my inquiry; they came around quickly to assess the job and then returned later that same day to complete the work as promised. They replaced a ridge tile and fixed two others that had been damaged. Despite the extra work, they stuck exactly to their original quote with no hidden costs. They were also very professional and tidy, making sure to remove all the old broken tiles and debris before they left. Highly recommended for an honest, fast, and quality job!

It was only a small job and I was doubtful that a roofing firm would give me the time of day. Gilesgate roofing were there in half an hour - just needed a cowl replacing and repair a fault a previous roofer had made on the guttering. Michael did a brilliant job all sorted in a morning. Very impressed with the service and work
