From initial contact with Jen, assessment of the job to replace ridge tiles, the quote showed the details of the job and payment terms. A date was set for the job to begin, with scaffold to be erected just before the start. On the agreed day the team came early and completed the job in good order. They even tidied out my gutters !! A very professional job done satisfactorily

I recently had some guttering and chimney work carried out, and throughout the process the team were very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Richard had previously completed work on our front gutter after we had been let down by other roofers, and that positive experience gave me the confidence to contact the company again. On both occasions, communication was straightforward and the pricing was reasonable. Based on my experience, the team genuinely seemed to care about providing good customer service bye going the extra mile and ensuring customers were satisfied with the work carried out. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future!

Absolutely fantastic company, would highly recommend. From start to finish the whole team have been really friendly, accommodating and professional. The finished product has also been superb, and excellent value for money. The team managed the whole process of stripping and reconstructing my 150 YO roof, but also adding a solar array and all the accompanying kit and expertise that went into it. Richard and his team provided excellent advice throughout, I never thought I would be so pleased with my roof that not only looks brilliant, is sympathetic to the building's age but also performs. I would also say having a dedicated office team of brilliant staff is a huge benefit when you are trying to manage a big project. Very lucky to have such skills on my doorstep! Thanks to all.

A replacement fibreglass valley was fitted to our roof by Ryton Roofers, throughout the process from estimating the work to completion staff were very friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. Workers on the day were very efficient and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend the company.
