Charles and team were very quick to respond to initial call and came out quickly to review the job. They were thorough in tracking down the issue to provide a cost effective quote. The work was also carried out quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased.

Great service from start to finish from the Masterhouse Roofing team. They were super prompt, very polite and professional, and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. Really happy with the work and would definitely recommend them😊

Charles answered my phone call immediately and offered to clean the gutters in an hours time which unfortunately I couldn’t manage. He came the following morning and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. A friendly tradesman who I have no hesitation in recommending. Well done.

Excellent service from Charles the Roofer in Seaton Carew. He was prompt, polite, and very professional. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommended

Couldn’t recommend more. Charles came out same day to repair our guttering, explained the issues and provided tips for maintenance going forwards. I had previously received an extortionate quote from another company and Charles completed the work quickly and at a fraction of the price. Thank you! ☺️
