Lucas recently completed a new roof for us. He was very friendly, approachable and clearly knowledgeable, which gave us confidence in choosing him. Lucas and his team worked very hard and were committed to getting everything finished properly. When a couple of issues came up, he came back and made sure they were sorted. The finished roof looks great and we’re happy with the overall result. Despite the initial positive review. We have had recent problems that have needed resolving. It has been incredibly hard to get Lucas to come and fix them for us. He always answers the phone but it’s full of empty promises. Days turn into weeks and he still needs chasing to come back. My husband also took the opportunity to go and check the gutters and discovered they were left full of rubble and screws by the team which was the cause for them over flowing. Not ideal. Highly likely we don’t take priority because we’re not local to him so be warned not to use him in the CW5 area as he’s never keen to drive back to us and resolve things!

The lads from Ljm roofing where very professional and have done an superb job of the roof. Was also very impressed as they took all the rubbish and left the job inside and outside in a clean and tidy condition. I would definitely use their service's again and would recommend them.

Lucas and his team did a fantastic job of replacing our flat roof and also spotting the roof tiles were not sitting correctly (1st picture) and needed sorting to stop our leak. Great response time and very clean workers. Would highly recommend and will always use for any future roofing work.
