Great local company. They replaced all 72 of my ridge tiles with a dry-ridge system. Excellent workmanship from friendly, knowledgeable staff. 100% recommended 👍

After using pricey 'Pest controllers'? and other devices, finally asked 'AI' for help near me. Gave me Maintenance F. R. In less than 1/2 day Sorted... Wire meshed in soffits entry/exit points from the empty house next door. No more Loft insulation replacement costs. Brilliant, thanks to Paul and team.

Absolutely amazing! Gave me a quote same day, did my roof repair two days later and it was sheer perfection. Staff are lovely, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough

Had a new flat roof installed with fresh insulation and boarding, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, on time, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. The new insulation has made a big difference already, and the roof looks fantastic — solid, clean, and well-finished. Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend them for anyone needing quality roofing work!

We had a bad leak in our porch that was ruining the ceiling and electrics. Paul came out and diagnosed the problem and he knew what it was straightaway. He then booked us in to replace the porch roof and insulate it whilst he had it stripped, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. Paul and his team went above and beyond, whilst he was doing the work he seen we had a slipped tile on the main roof and said he would re-fit it, completely as a courtesy. Also a big thanks to Leona who we liaised with at the office
