John and his team recently completed some works to our roof. They happily worked around some scheduling issues on our side, and kept us up to date on progress. I found them to be honest, upfront, hardworking and friendly. The works were completed to an excellent standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and work with them again in the future.

Avoid this company. The job took far longer than promised, the workmanship was disappointing, and we constantly had to chase them to do things properly. The cost kept increasing as they kept finding "additional problems during the work despite a through pre start assessment of the work and cost. Despite the friendly sales talk, my experience was of a company that over-promised, under-delivered, and could not be trusted to get the job right. We would not use them again and would not recommend them to others.

John and the team were excellent and professional throughout. We had an emergency leak over the bank holiday weekend and they attended within the hour to assess the issue and provide a quote. The work was quickly scheduled and completed to a high standard. I’d highly recommend them for any roofing work.

We recently found an issue with our roof and despite it being Easter Saturday, John came out to look at the issue. He spent time assessing the problem and then gave us a detailed description of the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. He didn’t exaggerate the issue and told us the rest of the roof was in good condition. He quoted for the roof repairs and the guttering replacement we asked for in addition. The quote was reasonable and John explained that the work could be completed within a few days. The quote was sent on the same day and, prior to the job, John kept us updated via text message. John’s team came and measured the day before undertaking the work. They were friendly and helpful. On the day of the work, the team kept us updated as they went, cleaning thoroughly once finished. Great service from start to finish from John and his team! We will definitely use them again if needed!
