Harry came out promptly when we first discovered a leak and was understanding that I was nervous, having had bad roof repairs in the past from other companies. He kindly came out of hours to meet my family and answer all our questions and concerns. We decided to have a complete roof renewal using our existing tiles and I’m so glad we did. Mick and Albie came once the scaffolding was up and they were so nice and professional. Always explaining what they were going to do and keeping me updated with photos and videos. Every night they tidied and swept up before leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone, they do a fantastic job and we feel very lucky to have found them.

Just had a complete new roof and Harry and his team have done an absolutely fantastic job. I can't recommend them highly enough. Every member of the team were hard working, polite and just all round lovely people. Harry was amazing, explaining all that needed to be done honestly and straight forward. A really great experience from the minute the scaffolding arrived to the last day of the job. Thanks so much we really appreciate it and the roof looks fab!

Harry was able to come out and have a look at my roof almost straight away when we found that it was leaking through the ceiling in the rain. He was professional throughout and was very honest about the state of our roof, what works would need doing, and how best to go about fixing the problem. We decided to go ahead with him, and he was able to get the scaffolding up and the work done all within just a couple of days. The work was high-quality, and he and his team went above and beyond with fixing up a couple of other issues whilst they were up there. The price was fair and reasonable, the work was good, and I'll definitely find myself contacting Harry again the next time I need some roof work doing!

The team from TW Roofing and in particular Harry were really good, total professionals who did an outstanding Kent peg and tile job on our cottage. Everything was managed brilliantly and their communication throughout was excellent as we went away for the project. Harry sent pictures and even drone footage which was helpful. Can recommend highly.

Full re-roof replacing end of life Kent pegs and replacing with new natural slate. Harry and the gang did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were polite and a pleasure to have working on our house. Thanks again!
