Lee and Marvin are a great team. I was recommended C and A by a local friend. You can’t mess about with your roof and they know their stuff, quote an honest price for quality work and provide a 10 year guarantee. They vented the ridge line our 1960’s roof, removed and replaced the facia, soffits gutters etc and removed and replaced some of the lead work which was on its last legs. The turnaround from our first meeting with Lee to it all done and the scaffolding down was less than 6 weeks with the roof work taking a week. Sometimes jobs get drawn out which really annoys me but not this time. Any questions any reviewer has I’m happy to answer. I have said that I paid a ‘reasonable’ price as ‘good’ sounds like they were cheap. I’d say ‘good value for quality work’

I needed an emergency repair and the boss came within the same day, gave me a reasonable estimate and returned the next day, which was a Saturday morning and did the repair. They removed all of the rubbish, all of the waste that they had to take off. They were polite, considerate, hardworking and they look as if they have done a really good job. Highly recommended to anybody that needs that sort of work doing. Really nice professional tradesmen. Highly recommend.

Lee was fantastic, he and his team were very efficient, professional and friendly. Lee was prompt with his communications and came out to check out the job the day after I got in touch. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and will be using their services for any other roofing jobs I need in the future. Thanks again to Lee and the team

Thank you Marvin and the team! We're very grateful to you for coming out at short notice to fix a couple of broken slates, and to Lee (Business Owner) for organising such a quick response! Lee put the roof on our Utility/Storeroom about 4 years ago and did a great job. When I called him today to ask if he could help with the broken tiles, he remembered us instantly, and sent Marvin out within 15 minutes to sort the roof out (Over an hour's drive away). It's that sort of trustworthy, decent and considerate service that makes the difference between just another business, and a Business that cares about it's customers and reputation. Lee can put a roof on anything, and once it's there he'll keep it there! I would thoroughly recommend Allerdale and Copeland to anyone wanting a high quality job from a trustworthy company.
