We have used WM Roofing twice now. We have been highly satisfied with the standard of work and the level of service received. Wayne communicates well at every stage, keeping us informed of the work being done and advising of future steps we may need to take. He has been reliable at every stage. He has always kept to the quote.

I had a leaking cast iron gutter but could not get anyone to replace it. Last week I noticed a WM Roofing van in the village and noted the phone number. I called WM and within a week the old gutter had been removed and a new section installed and realigned to an improved profile. Great service Wayne and Mark - let it rain.

Wayne visited when he said he would, and quoted a fair price to fix our leaking slates, on a very poorly roof. His swift action prevented further damage to the bedroom ceiling and walls (a different company had said there was nothing wrong with the roof and it was just moss.) Wayne took video of the slate problem and the remedial work undertaken. He also clearly and kindly explained all the future work that is very obviously needed. Thank you so much Wayne, we are happy to recommend you.

Can’t recommend Wayne and W M Roofing highly enough. They were flexible in fitting me in around other jobs and their work was excellent in installing velux windows, repairing damaged roof, chimney stack and skylight. Friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Wayne and his team completed a re-roof for us this summer. The team were very friendly and were brilliant tidying up each evening to ensure nothing was left which could harm our young children. The team worked well with the local building control officer to make sure all works were signed off, and helpfully showed us around on the scaffold to explain the works to us. They also were good at reusing as many of the original slates a d trying to retain the character of the original historic roof. They are also good on their guarantee, recently returning quickly to repair a small area of pointing damaged during a storm.
