The thing I really appreciated about Jack and the team at Green Fern Building Services was the way they interacted with us throughout the project. They made us feel that nothing was too big or too small for them to handle, and they took care of every element of the build. They did an excellent job, exceeded our expectations, and kept a clear level of communication throughout the whole process, which both my wife and I really appreciated. Thanks again — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Green Fern Building Services are a great team! Jack and Lewis inspire confidence with their knowledge of building methods, which was especially important to us, as we own a Grade 2 Listed Property, which required the correct approach to ensure the retention of the historic character and fabric, whilst enhancing the natural beauty of such buildings. Green Fern carried out numerous works throughout the house, including a very difficult repair job to a failed supporting beam and rotted joists, together with repair works to the front of the property. Their written work in the form of Method Statements, Scope of Works, Completion Work Documents are very comprehensive and cover the entire work plan from start to finish. They communicate well and work hard. All in all, a good team of knowledgeable builders with a good sense of humour and fantastic manners.

Jack and his team have so much shared experience, no matter what project we throw at them, they always deliver. Iv worked on countless projects in my time but Jacks ability to listen, take on board & bring all his experience to the table to get the project over the line is second to none. High end, fairly priced, pleased don’t use them too much as we have a lot more projects that need bringing to life ;)

Great guys, fair price, fantastic quality work. Couldn’t really ask for more. Everything was clearly explained, the quote was sensible, and the standard of workmanship was spot on. Reliable, tidy, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Would happily use Greenfern Builders again and recommend them to anyone in Tunbridge Wells looking for proper builders who actually care about what they do.

Any questions or changes were handled promptly and transparently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Green Fern Building Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled contractor.
