Josh and his team removed our lower ground suspended floor, replaced it with a concrete floor, installed water based under-floor heating, installed a new kitchen and decorated. I think it was a small job compared to their usual projects, but they didn't treat it like a small job. The result is fantastic, the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone involved was friendly, turned up early and did a great job. There were people on-site every single day of the project which pretty much ran to time. Communication was also very good. We are really pleased we chose them.

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Wells Construction have done a wonderful job. A wall was taken down to create more space and let in more light. New kitchen units, plumbing, electrics, and flooring were added, and the whole kitchen area replastered. Everything was well coordinated by Josh and his excellent team who worked well together and finished the job in just over four weeks. We would definitely recommend Wells Construction.

I recently had my en suite completed in November, and I couldn’t be happier with the finish. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and every detail has been done to perfection. All the tradesmen were amazing — professional, polite, and clearly very skilled at what they do. A special mention to Josh, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he was always on hand to answer any queries or deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. His customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

Josh and his team at Wells Construction completed a ground floor infill extension to create a new lounge. They also undertook a kitchen and utility refurbishment (including wall removal) and then landscaped and finished my garden. There was a builder onsite every day throughout the build; it finished ahead of schedule. Josh was really easy to communicate with, nothing was too much to discuss or consider. He had some brilliant ideas and took a lot of the build stress away by managing the project effectively. His team were polite, respectful and trustworthy. The finish is outstanding. I can’t believe how it’s turned out. I would not hesitate to recommend Wells Construction to anyone looking to undertake a project.

Wells Construction has provided the most professional, reliable and friendly building service we’ve used in Tunbridge Wells. Over the years they’ve done various jobs for us, including installing a new bathroom and completely renovating a kitchen extension that needed bringing up to modern building standards. Josh worked personally with us, our architect and building control and I have total confidence in his and his team’s work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
