Vision Build is a first rate building company which I have no hesitation in recommending. Ryan manages a fantastic team of talented & hardworking contractors and the logistical management was faultless. A single story extension with bi-fold windows, new patio, new boiler & underfloor heating, a complete rewire, new kitchen, new wet room & loo in 3 months & 1 week. Fantastic

Modern Elegance Meets 1970s Charm: A Vision Build Success Story The Challenge Updating a traditional 1970s home required a delicate balance: introducing modern aesthetics without clashing with the original character of the house. We sought a seamless transition between the old and the new, requiring expert project management and a "can-do" attitude. The Vision Build Approach Led by founder Ryan Johnson, the Vision Build team took the reins from concept to completion. The mission was simple: deliver high-specification craftsmanship that exceeds expectations, regardless of the hurdles. Overcoming Obstacles No renovation is without its surprises. This project faced two significant challenges: • Safety First: The discovery of asbestos in the original garage required immediate, expert remediation under strictly controlled conditions. The Elements: An extended period of record-breaking wet weather threatened the timeline. Despite these setbacks, Vision Build remained supportive and adaptable, pivoting their workflow to ensure the project stayed on time and within the original scope. Evolution of Design As the build took shape, Ryan collaborated with ourselves to incorporate "add-on" improvements. Rather than just following a blueprint, Vision Build brought fresh, innovative ideas to the table that enhanced the final architectural aesthetic. The Result A stunning, modern extension, a bespoke Garden Room and a new decking area that blends perfectly with the existing home. The transformation extended outdoors with a comprehensive landscaping package, including: • A premium new patio area. • Architectural decking adjacent to the Garden Room. • A fully integrated garden design. "We sit here today delighted with the end result. Vision Build provided highly skilled tradesmen who took genuine pride in their work. It was a job well done that we will enjoy for many years to come." Paul & Shelagh Black

Had a fantastic experience getting some work done on a rental property. Ryan and Vision Build were excellent: they understood exactly what I needed and delivered quickly under pressure with new tenants moving in. They finished on the agreed date and the quality was fantastic. Best of all, it let me focus on my own work knowing everything was in good hands. Ryan quoted the work fairly and accurately, and was happy to help with grabbing materials and the other small bits I’ve had problems with other builders about in the past. Couldn’t recommend Vision Build enough. Great company and a great result.

Ryan and his team did a great job with our kitchen extension. They were professional friendly and really hard working arriving at 7.30am every day. The quality of the work and finish was very high, with many specialists coming in to do specific jobs. Ryan project managed the job, organising all the trades and recommending suppliers, passing on the trade discounts. He dealt with any issues that arose promptly and was persistent in getting our back doors delivered before Christmas after many delays - thank you Ryan!

We had the guys from Vision Build in to fit a new front door. What can I say other than "Fantastic service" The guys were able to do the job earlier than originally said. They were in and out quickly and tidied everything up after themselves. Highly recommended. Many many thanks to Ryan and Jack. You are now our go to guys.
