Making such a big investment of time and money to change your home is a nerve-wracking and at times stressful experience, from day one to the end of the project, Ashton and his team took as much of the stress as they could away, they have simply been fantastic. There was excellent communication throughout, including working with our neighbour to ensure every party was happy. Ashton offered suggestions and ideas, never forcing them; listening to our needs and wants, then guiding us to make the right choices. All the tradespeople were considerate, timely, friendly, informative and tidy. If minor issues occurred as they do, these were corrected quickly and all the work was finished to a high standard. Ashton understood our budget and while we needed to make some changes to our plans; with the help of Ashton's communication, honesty and support, we remained in budget. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and high quality firm to improve your home, we would highly recommend Ashton Paul Design and Build and we would use them again.
