A very positive experience with Sam Brooks and his team of friendly, respectful, skilled workers. They converted a garage into a music room for us, and with experience from a very similar job not so long ago knew exactly what this entailed. Drums are played and the neighbours can’t hear now! Soundproofed. Very high quality of workmanship. I was impressed Sam has people just starting out if the business - apprentices - alongside very experienced folk. When Sam provided a plan day by day of what would happen I thought “oh yeah - that’s unlikely” but unlike project planning at my place of work Sam and team stayed surprisingly (to me) on track and extra resources brought it when i looked like slipping. Job was completed on time. Price was agreed at the start and didn’t change. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Sam and the whole team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The project management and craftsmanship were excellent and the team are highly skilled as well as friendly and nice to have around! Sam listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend them!

Brooks & Co completed a renovation for us earlier this year - lounge area, kitchen, heating, electrics, bathroom, bedroom & wardrobes etc. They were so professional, hard working and really nice guys too. We are delighted with the work carried out.

Excellent garage conversion! Having had a bathroom refit done by another company a couple of years ago which didn’t go to plan, working with Brooks and Co was a refreshing change for the better. Excellent communication from the initial contact stage, through quoting and the project management itself. The time taken at quoting to measure and discuss options meant that the project ran smoothly even when the doors were delivered incorrectly. All contractors were punctual, efficient and courteous, and the level of workmanship is top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. These guys show how it should be done.

Brooks & Co developments have recently completed a garage conversion at our family home in Tonbridge. Sam from the get go has been very informative and very helpful not only with the technical side of the building project but also the design stage. His team work to a very high standard with cleanliness at the top of their minds. The cleanest builder we have ever had do work for us. The project was completed on time and within the price agreed. I cannot fault Sam and his team. Will definitely be using brooks & co for all our home projects.
