Shuker Building & Development are a very good company and I was pleased to have them do a variety of maintenance jobs around my property. They have expertise in almost all areas and work quickly and efficiently to complete the whole process. Amiable and friendly staff.

From start to finish Schuker’s workmanship, professionalism and communication were excellent. From their initial assessment visit, to the quote broken down into component parts (which allowed us to adapt to our budget), through to site preparation, plastering, plumbing, tiling, electrics, decoration and waste disposal, each element was communicated clearly, completed on time and to a high standard. We love our new bathroom.

We have just had work done on our house by Shukers, and couldn't be happier with their work. From the start they were organised, pro-active, and had great attention to detail. They noted all our requirements (which were quite complex, including internal wall insulation according to a retrofit assessment plan, for our very irregularly shaped house) and then put it all in to action. Different trades were very promptly organised at each stage as required, and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The communication was excellent, with really quick responses to any queries or changes we wanted to make. The finish (including lime plaster, internal and external paint work, and carpets) is excellent, and the temperature difference is noticeable. We are really grateful for the work of the whole team, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a new thermostat fitted for our underfloor heating. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The workmanship is very good. The workman was very polite and made sure all was clean when he finished. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

We had a kitchen referb done recently involving some structural work. From the start Mike, Rob and the team were fantastic with coming back to us with quotes and making site visits and laying out the process. Once the team were on site they worked through the project to get the build done on time and on budget and we were always reassured that any little problems would soon get sorted. Very happy with finished kitchen area as it's given us all we asked for! Top job.. Highly recommend
