We’ve had Steve Jones Builder Contractors round to convert our garage into a home office and make a few changes in the kitchen, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. From day one, Steve and Max were brilliant — friendly, polite, and really easy to have around the house. They always turned up when they said they would, got straight to work, and clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. The quality of the work is spot on. The finish in the office is absolutely perfect — clean lines, solid workmanship, and everything done properly, not rushed or bodged. You can tell these lads know their stuff. The kitchen tweaks we asked for were handled with the same level of care and attention, and they’ve made a huge difference to the space. What really impressed me was how organised and tidy they were. Every day they cleaned up before leaving, kept me updated with progress, and worked to the timeline they’d set out at the start. No delays, no excuses, just solid graft and top-quality results. And for the standard of work we’ve got, the price was very fair. It’s rare these days to find tradesmen who are not only skilled but also genuinely nice, professional people. I’d have no hesitation recommending Steve and his team to anyone — we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Brilliant service from Steve, he was able to come within a few hours to fix the hole in my wall and make it safe. Would definitely recommend him!

Excellent workmanship all round, from kitchen fitting to garden landscaping. Highly recommended but he'll be busy, so book early!

Steve’s done a fabulous job reinstating spindles after they were removed and boarded over decades ago. Very pleased with the result.

Steve achieved this fabulous patio in good time, despite the rain. I would strongly recommend him.
