My wife and I are highly delighted with the steps and path planned by Andy and completed with Chris and Tony and would recommend their services without hesitation. It was a difficult project since they had to remove five steps and thoughtfully replaced these with eight shallower ones for the benefit of the two elderly houseowners. They were careful, thorough, friendly and Chris's attention to detail in using his pointing tools could be likened to an Artist with a paintbrush. At the end of each day the road area was tidied and debris washed away. It is also important to note that despite the unforseen problems, Andy kept to his original estimate for the work. Excellent.

Silver Trowel Builders have done three jobs for us over the last 18 months, the largest of which was a 6 month extension last summer removing a conservatory and building a new room on the same footprint but with new footings and then knocking three rooms into one with structural work (6 beams in total) new floor to ceiling windows, Velux in new vaulted ceiling, shifting kitchen to a new area, moving doorways, etc. Their workmanship is first class, all the tradies they called in, plasterers, tilers, chippy, plumber, etc were all excellent and arrived when needed to avoid wasting time and created a good team. You have to get on with someone if they’re going to be in your house for 6 months and the three of them were great, friendly, happy to discuss changes and action them, and most of all, trustworthy, we were happy to let them have keys and work when we weren’t at home. Overall 5 stars ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would happily recommend. John and Sue.

I cannot recommend Silver Trowel enough. From obtaining a quote to the finished product they have been brilliant. We had a two story side extension built and the workmanship by Andy, Chris and Tony has been outstanding as well as that of all the other tradesman involved. I would not recommend anyone else and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Their reliability and excellent communication has made the whole project so much easier.Thank you so much!

We had our house extension built by Silver Trowel and we were so happy with the workmanship and how they went about this project. Andy, Chris, Tony and all the different trades people were friendly and worked to an extremely high standard. I can’t recommend them enough.

We were recommended Chris and Tony through friends that had used them. Initially Chris gave us a quote for removing an internal wall, installing a steel beam and raising an extension roof, along with other works. The job was done on time and we were very happy with the quality of the work and would certainly use again.
