Recently completed on our new home and could not fault the service, quality and experience. Jo at Nova was amazing!

We have recently just completed on our first home. And I can’t think of any way the experience could have gone better. A massive thank you to Sue at the Olive development, who was amazing and exceptional from start to finish. Buying our first home, I thought I would feel very overwhelmed but Suzanne made the whole journey so much easier. Her communication was outstanding throughout. She always kept us updated, explained everything very clearly, and she made sure we knew exactly what was going on at each stage. Not once did we feel like we were chasing for information because she was always so proactive, responsive and ready to help even when I called her with no warning. Her customer service really stood out to me because despite me having a million and two questions. Suzanne genuinely cared about making our experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, very very patient and so kind. No question was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to reassure us and make us feel supported throughout the entire process from reserving the house to picking our choices to every single step of the process until completion. We would also like to mention the site team and builders, who were always so friendly, approachable and welcoming whenever we visited. They were happy to answer questions, always greeted us with a smile, and it was clear that everyone took pride in what they were building. It made every visit to the development a positive experience. I was also happy when my independent snag report came in and naturally there are some snags that were identified however for the most part it was just cosmetic finishing touches than any major defects. We appreciate that this is part of the new build process and are looking forward to working with the after care team. Suzanne is a real credit to Homes by Honey. Her professionalism, communication and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience into one that we will always remember for the right reasons. Thank you, Suzanne, and everyone involved in helping us purchase our first home. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful for all of your support. We would happily recommend Homes by Honey to anyone looking for a new-build home.

A genuinely stress-free new build experience (Iris Development) We moved into our new home at the Iris development just over two weeks ago, and I wanted to leave a quick review to say how pleased we are with the whole process. From the initial viewing to sorting out the mortgage, everything went surprisingly smoothly. A big thank you to Georgia and Lindsey — they were super friendly, patient with all our questions, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We looked at quite a few new builds from different developers before choosing Honey, and their build quality definitely stood out. We hired an independent professional snagger after getting the keys, and it was a huge relief when they only found very minor cosmetic issues. What actually impressed me the most is their after-sales care. You hear a lot of horror stories about developers disappearing once they have your money, but Janice from the customer care team has been fantastic at coordinating everything for us. We sent our snagging list over just a week or two ago, and multiple contractors have already been in touch to get things sorted. They even replaced an entire garden paving slab just because of a tiny chip. Overall, we are really happy with our new home. If you are house-hunting, it's definitely worth popping into their showroom to have a look around

Hi This is a review in relation to a purchase of a new build Clover at the Homes by Honey Nova development at Witham St Hughs I've just recently moved into the property, the move happened on time (ie before Xmas) and went smoothly with the part exchange or my old house From the start I've had amazing warm, friendly and great support from Jo in the Sales office who has been with me every step of the way since making an initial enquiry to making an offer on a plot. Now I'm moved in I've met Shane and Nathan on the site side who have been supportive and responsice to some minor items I noticed. I'm very pleased with the timeframes, I didn't think it would happen with us being in winter, I love my house, the plot and the fantastic customer service from Jo and more recently Shane and Nathan. I've also met Gemma from Customer Services who has also been extremely helpful I hadn't heard much of Homes by Honey in Lincolnshire but saw their development in Edwinstowe which looks excellent and convinced me to make an offer on a Nova plot straight away. I'm so happy with the modern design of my house, the large amount of living space and storage places. It's got huge potential and I'm excited to add things to it over time. Would definitely recommend a Homes by Honey home to friends, family or colleagues based on my positive experience with the sales office, customer services and site and obviously the home itself
