Lee and Jimmy came to repair the bathroom floor and leaking toilet. They both were friendly polite and professional. The speed of there work was unbelievable and everything was left clean and tidy . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, they are brilliant.

ASK have recently completed a renovation programme on our house: new roof, loft insulation, boarding and access; re-rendering; replaced old conservatory with new extension integrating with new kitchen; downstairs loo; external paving and stone wall. The team have far exceeded our expectations on all fronts, from communication to technical skills, they have been the best builders we have ever worked with. They are such a strong team and we recommend them unreservedly.

I am delighted with the customer service, punctuality, professionalism and building quality of Ask Complete Building Services. I went on the holiday of a lifetime to Australia for 3 weeks and left a set of keys and instructions to renovate my house and install a new kitchen. I returned from Australia to a wonderful new kitchen, new flooring, new wiring, new tiling, new dampproofing, new plastering, new decorating, new plumbing, new ceiling etc etc. I was absolutely amazed at the amount of work undertaken in just 3 weeks. Ask Complete Building Services are very caring, they even looked after my tropical fish and purpose built a unit for the aquarium and fed my fish while I was on holiday. I highly recommend this excellent and caring builder. I feel so lucky to have found such a good builder.

My experience of ASK is that they are a competent, professional and honest company. I had a new home built from scratch by them. I was nervous because I had never done a project like this before and was worried about how to ensure quality and budget. I am thrilled with the standards of the work they did and happy that they did not take me to the cleaners for added extras or when I changed my mind. I obtained 3 quotes and they were the most competitive. They went the extra mile to source stuff for me and I did not feel patronised or talked down to- which, as a woman, has been my experience of builders to date. They were very can do on problem solving and really listened to what I was trying to achieve and did their best to deliver this. Since this I have called on them to do smaller repair jobs for my elderly mother's home. They have offered costed options and pros and cons so she could decide without feeling pressured. They were considerate to her age and even did minor repairs and didn't charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending -they are good value for money and everyone at the company that I met had the same ethos of customer service.

The work that has been done from ASK builders has been outstanding, from start to finish. The renovation and extension of our 1936-built 3-bed semidetached house to a modern 4-bed living space included: fitting new double glazed windows and a new front door, knocking down two walls, creating double doors from the dining to the lounge, taking out the chimney breast in the dining area, fitting new kitchen, new heating and electricity in the house including a fantastic underfloor heating in the ground floor, new family bathroom on first floor, new downstairs toilet and skimming all ceilings and walls from bottom to top. The biggest part was the loft extension with a big dormer, that now gives us an extra bedroom with fantastic views. Steve and his team have been supportive, helpful and professional and I can't thank them enough. Andy, the project manager, was on site all the time, I highly appreciated his advice on how to save costs without sacrificing quality. All the workers were professional, efficient, tidy and polite. ASK builders were not the cheapest of our quotes but the best “value for money”. As they can offer a large team and network, we trusted them to get the work done in time and in good quality. It was a difficult job but they managed to get everything done in only 8 weeks. I would highly recommend their service to anyone now looking for building works to be done.
