Brilliant service from start to finish, James at SDP really understood our end goal, he took the time to get to know us and what we needed and the result is just what we asked for and more. The team of builders were all great and real characters who would do anything for you. We are happily enjoying our new space. Thank you so much James and Team

James and his team completed a loft conversion for me this October. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work done. The project start date did get pushed back a few times but when they started, they worked fast and efficiently, and had completed the work in approx 12 weeks and snagging was dealt with promptly. A few little issues along the way were resolved satisfactorily. The team were polite and pleasant to have around and I would be happy to use them again. Thanks James and team!

James and his team did an excellent jobs of our loft conversion, very happy with the results. Tyrone, Andy and the rest of the lads were top, which is what you want when they're spending so much time at your home. James, meanwhile, managed the whole thing seamlessly. They built a huge scaffolding structure over the building and only ever entered our home in the final few of weeks to add finishing touches, like fire doors and bathroom etc. Would use again in future and recommend anyone who needs work doing.

Would highly recommend James and his team. SDP built a loft conversion (hip to gable, with a dormer) on our 3 bed semi and it was the first time we had undertaken such a project. It’s a fair chunk of cash and a bit of a leap of faith when you choose a builder to go with but we felt confident in James from the first time we spoke with him. We found him to be ideal to work with, very professional and calm. He was quick to respond to messages and we found it easy to discuss any aspects of the project as we went along. We were very impressed with the whole team, including contractors. They were punctual, professional and considerate and on site every day for the duration. They had an eye for detail and delivered a high quality end product. We have two small children who were curious about the work going on and we always found the team to be patient and friendly and ready to be flexible around our family arrangements. Ultimately we were very impressed with the quality of the build and the finish and it was delivered on time and on budget.

SDP started work on our extension at the height of Covid with us having a newborn child, so it's safe to say it was a difficult time to start with major building works! We definitley didn't have to worry though, as they were helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, going out of their way to change build sequences to best suit our situation. They were so flexible to help us get exactly what we wanted out of it. We couldn't be happier with the final result, a beautiful high ceilinged extension with bifolds opening out into the garden. A really high quality of work that's added so much functionality and value to the house. I can't reccomend SDP highly enough, they really went out of their way to help facilitate our needs during the build and delivered a fantastic final product for a really competitive price.
