These guys did a great job replacing some exterior wooden skirting on our portacabins. It looks really smart and tidy now - they even went above and beyond and did some weeding! Would definitely recommend.

Where to begin... Laurence and his team have been brilliant right from the start. We spent 10 months researching and talking to building companies and now the work is done we are over the moon that Laurence and LM Quin Construction were the right fit for us. Over 5 and a half months from January to June 2026, the team were at our property Monday to Friday come rain or shine. Despite terrible conditions at the beginning, our build progressed. Any lost time was able to be partly made up on the occasional Saturday which we were grateful for. Laurence's communication and professionalism throughout has been fantastic. His team is friendly and approachable and they clearly take pride in their work. Our home was treated with care and respect and the site was kept tidy. They went out of their way to help us construct a temporary kitchen and did their best to make our lives easier by keeping a dishwasher and washing machine as usable as possible (even if this was outside!) As with any project this size there were bumps in the road but we can't fault Laurence's transparency about this. We were kept up to date throughout. Our house has been transformed into something spectacular and we are grateful to Laurence for his attention to detail, advice about some smaller details, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Very pleased with our en-suite bathroom, which has been transformed. Laurence gave great advice on product options and selection and was quick to respond to any questions. Ian was a pleasure to have in our home, working hard and leaving everything clean and tidy. Any snags were quickly sorted, no quibble. We would recommend Laurence and team and hope to use them again.

We had our kitchen renovated (w. a knockthrough) through LM Quin, they were excellent throughout. They stuck to the proposed schedule and budget, were friendly and communicative, and did great job overall (photos show a before/after). Not much more you could ask for.

We contacted Laurence after our stone wall collapsed on the boundary of our house. He responded really quickly with a fair and competitive quote and also with his availability. Laurence and his team worked efficiently and kept the working area tidy and safe when not on site. We are extremely happy with the outcome, particularly the stone wall feature that Laurence created from the only bit of the wall that didn’t collapse. I would highly recommend LM Quin Construction LTD Thame.
